5. HDB Online Application :
Applicable for HDB properties only, we will assist in the submission and application required by HDB for essential documents such as HDB Intent to Sell, valuation and Resale Submission. We will also check the eligibility of potential buyer such as Ethnic Integration ratio. This ensure compliance with HDB regulations and procedures.
6. Comprehensive Media Coverage:
