Location Based
Salesperson A’s GTA or stay in Jurong. Salesperson B stays in Punggol. Salesperson B have the option to collaborate with Salesperson A or viewing assistance at a fixed fee. 

Landed/Commercial
Salesperson C specialized in landed properties. Salesperson D is not familiar with this market segment. Salesperson D have the option to collaborate with Salesperson C to tap on his expertise. 

New Launch
Salesperson E is showflat core team. Salesperson F have an option to approach Salesperson E for tagging or referral. 

Rental/New Launch
Salesperson G business focus is mainly on new launches. Salesperson G have the option to collaborate with a rental-focus salesperson if they have any rental listings. 

GUIDELINES

1. Members can engage TRX media team at discounted price or your own media guys to create video contents. But have to follow group marketing template for branding consistency. Send your videos to TRX marketing team to edit and upload. 

2. TRX media team provides the basic property walkthrough video for Youtube/FB/IG/Tiktok, 360 virtual tour and professional photography at a discounted pricing. Salesperson can opt to add on subtitles, voiceover, self presentation or engage presenter, facilities/amenities introduction, drone at additional cost. Pricelist here.

3. Members are encouraged to create video contents for all their listings, new launches or any real estate related contents to share and contribute to TRX portals and their own personal social media platforms. 

1. Free to approach any group members to collaborate within guidelines.

2. Salespersons are free to market their listings on their own. Or have the option to collaborate with another member to tap on their expertise, but are encouraged to follow the group guidelines. If any collaborations, the referral salesperson still retain the full ownership of the client. 

3. Members are encouraged to engage group preferred vendors for exclusive support. Partner list here.

4. Members can indicate their GTA and preferred areas they like to extend collaboration or provide viewing assistance. 

5. Members are encouraged to support own group showflat tagger but no obligations.

6. Members are encouraged to ask their clients to share testimonials and reviews on TRX google business here.

Viewing Assistance at a Fee
– $30 per unit/viewing. 
– Additional $10 per group if same unit and timeslot. 

Collaborating Seller
– Referral salesperson gets 40% share via company mutual agreement. 
– Lister takes over fully from presentation, viewings, negotiation, closing paperwork and attending completion. 
– Referral salesperson to decide whether to participate actively with lister, eg. attending presentation together with lister.
– Start group chat together with seller for updates. 

Collaborating Landlord
– Referral salesperson gets 40% share via company mutual agreement. 
– Lister takes over fully from presentation, viewings, negotiation, closing paperwork, handover/takeover and any follow up throughout the full tenancy duration. 
– For renewals, the commission sharing still remains the same 40/60 for both parties.
– Start group chat together with landlord for updates. 

Collaborating Resale Buyer
– Referral salesperson gets 20% share via company mutual agreement. 
– Salesperson takes over fully from unit shortlisting and arrangements, viewings, negotiation, closing paperwork and attending completion.

Collaborating Tenant
– Referral salesperson gets 20% share via company mutual agreement.
– Salesperson takes over fully from unit shortlisting and arrangements, viewings, negotiation, closing paperwork, handover/takeover and any follow up throughout the full tenancy duration. 

Collaborating New Launch Buyer
– If salesperson is present, tagger gets standard company tagging fee and salesperson gets full commission and incentives.
– If salesperson is not present, shall be considered as referral case. Tagger takes over fully from showflat viewing, follow up, closing paperwork and any follow up throughout the purchase until TOP. Tagger gets additional 30% share via company mutual agreement and standard company tagging fees.

Question: Can members post their video contents to their own marketing portals?

Answer: Yes. Salesperson can post their video contents to their own social media platforms. 


Question: Can members engage own media guys to create video contents?

Answer: Yes. No obligations to use TRX media team. But if member like to use own media guys, need to follow the group template for branding consistency. Member send video to TRX marketing team to edit and upload to group portals. $10 admin fee applies. 

Question: Can members post other member listings on PropertyGuru or other property portals?

Answer. Yes but subject to lister written approval and follow tagging guide.

Question: Can members negotiate on the collaboration fee privately?
Answer: Yes. The group fees guideline is for members to use as a guide. As all cases are unique, fees can be discussed and agreed between both salespersons.
